Welcome to CabMantra. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our platform.
1. Services Provided
CabMantra provides services such as cab booking (local and outstation), hotel booking, tour packages, VIP darshan arrangements, poojan services, event travel planning, and guide arrangements. All services are subject to availability and may change depending on location, timing, and external conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed only after proper communication and confirmation from the CabMantra team. Users must provide accurate details including name, contact number, pickup and drop location, and travel schedule. CabMantra is not responsible for any issue caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is communicated clearly at the time of booking. CabMantra follows a transparent pricing model, but additional charges such as toll tax, parking, state tax, night charges, or special service requests may apply depending on the trip. Payment terms, including advance or full payment, must be followed as discussed during booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the type of service booked. Customers are required to inform cancellations in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on timing, service type, and involvement of third-party providers such as hotels or temple services. Some bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable.
5. User Responsibility
Users are expected to behave responsibly during the journey and while using any service. Any damage caused to vehicles, hotel property, or partner services due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the user. Any illegal activity or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of service without refund.
6. Third-Party Providers
CabMantra works with drivers, hotels, and other service partners to fulfill bookings. While we aim to provide reliable and quality services, we are not directly responsible for delays, service issues, or behavior of third-party providers. However, we will try our best to support and resolve genuine concerns.
7. External Factors
CabMantra is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, road issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Travel plans may be adjusted accordingly, and users are expected to cooperate in such situations.
8. VIP Darshan & Poojan Arrangement
VIP darshan and poojan services depend on temple authorities and local management systems. CabMantra acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee exact timing or priority access in all situations, as these are subject to rules and regulations beyond our control.
9. Hotel Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and policies of the respective hotel. Check-in, check-out, cancellation, and refund rules are controlled by the hotel management. CabMantra is not responsible for hotel-related service issues but will assist in coordination wherever possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
CabMantra acts as a service platform connecting customers with travel-related services. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage that may occur during the journey or service usage.
11. Platform Misuse
Users are strictly prohibited from misusing the platform, including fake bookings, false information, or illegal activities. Any such actions may lead to suspension of services and legal action if required.
12. Terms Updates
CabMantra reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
