Payment Policy

Payment Policy – CabMantra

At CabMantra, we ensure a transparent and secure payment process for all our services including cab booking, hotel reservations, tour packages, VIP darshan, poojan services, and event travel management. The following payment terms apply to all bookings made through our platform.

01 . Modes

Payment Modes

  • CabMantra accepts multiple payment options including UPI, bank transfer, cash, debit card, and credit card.
  • Available payment modes may vary depending on the type of service and booking location.
  • Customers are required to choose a convenient and valid payment method at the time of booking confirmation.
02 . Conditions

Payment Conditions

  • To confirm any booking, an advance payment is required. Generally, customers are required to pay 20% to 30% of the total booking amount in advance at the time of confirmation.
  • At the time of pickup or service start, the customer is required to pay 50% to 60% of the total amount to the driver or authorized representative.
  • The remaining balance amount must be cleared before the final drop or completion of the service.
  • For hotel bookings, VIP darshan, poojan services, or tour packages, advance payment may be higher depending on third-party requirements and will be informed at the time of booking.
  • CabMantra reserves the right to cancel or delay services if payment conditions are not followed as agreed.
03 . Taxes

Taxes & Additional Charges

  • All applicable taxes including GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be charged as per government rules and regulations.
  • GST rates may vary depending on the type of service such as cab booking, hotel accommodation, or tour packages.
  • Additional charges such as toll tax, parking charges, state tax, driver allowance, or night charges may apply depending on the trip and will be informed in advance.
04 . Online Fees

Credit Card & Online Payment Charges

  • Payments made through credit cards or certain online payment gateways may attract additional transaction or convenience charges.
  • These charges are levied by banks or payment service providers and are to be borne by the customer.
  • CabMantra does not control or take responsibility for such external charges.
05 . Verification

Payment Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to verify the total amount including base fare, taxes, and additional charges before making payment.
  • For cash payments, customers should pay the agreed amount and keep confirmation if required.
  • For online payments, customers must ensure the transaction is successfully completed and retain proof for future reference.
06 . Support

Payment Issues & Disputes

  • CabMantra is not responsible for any payment failure, delay, or error caused by banks, UPI systems, or third-party payment gateways.
  • Any payment-related issue must be reported within a reasonable time for proper verification and resolution.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
07 . Control

Policy Updates

  • CabMantra reserves the right to update or modify payment terms, charges, or accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of services will be considered acceptance of the updated policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or payment with CabMantra, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all payment terms mentioned above.
