At CabMantra, we are committed to providing transparent and customer-friendly travel services. We understand that plans can change, and we try to keep our cancellation and refund process as simple and fair as possible. This policy applies to all services including cab booking, hotel booking, tour packages, VIP darshan, poojan services, and event travel arrangements. 1. Cancellation Requests Notification
Cancellation requests must be informed as early as possible through call or official communication, as last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges or may not be eligible for any refund.
2. Cab Bookings Advance Policy
For cab bookings, cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial or full refund depending on driver assignment and trip status, while cancellations made close to pickup time may result in cancellation charges.
3. Dispatched Cabs Cancellation
If the cab has already been dispatched or the driver has reached the pickup location, cancellation charges may apply and refund may not be possible in such cases.
4. Outstation & Long-Distance Trips
For outstation and long-distance trips, advance payments are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, especially if arrangements have already been made.
5. Hotel Booking Cancellation
Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective hotels, and CabMantra is not responsible for any deductions or non-refundable conditions applied by the hotel.
6. VIP Darshan & Poojan Services
VIP darshan and poojan services are usually non-refundable once confirmed, as these services depend on temple authorities and prior arrangements, and any refund depends on third-party approval.
7. Tour Packages Cancellation
Tour packages including multiple services such as cab, hotel, darshan, and guide arrangements may have partial refund policies depending on how much of the service has already been arranged or used.
9. Internal Reasons Cancellation
If CabMantra is unable to provide the confirmed service due to internal reasons, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
10. Refund Processing Time
Refund processing may take a few working days depending on the payment method and banking process, and any applicable transaction charges or service fees may be deducted.
11. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in case of a no-show, where the customer does not appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation.
12. Booking Modifications
Any changes in booking such as date, time, or location are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
13. Evaluation Rights
CabMantra reserves the right to evaluate each cancellation request individually and take the final decision based on service conditions and partner policies.
14. External Factors
CabMantra is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen situations, and refunds in such cases will depend on actual circumstances.
15. Third-Party Providers Policy
By booking with CabMantra, you acknowledge that some services involve third-party providers, and their individual policies may also affect refund eligibility.
