Welcome to CabMantra . We are committed to offering reliable and transparent service to all our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds for cab bookings made through our platform.
You may cancel your cab booking under the following terms:
For Immediate Rides (On-Demand)
Cancellation is free within 5 minutes of booking.
After 5 minutes, a cancellation fee of ₹50 or 10% of the estimated fare (whichever is higher) may apply.
For Scheduled Rides
More than 1 hour before pickup time: Free cancellation.
Less than 1 hour before pickup time: A cancellation fee of 20% of the estimated fare will be charged.
Driver Arrived or Trip Started: Full fare will be charged and no refund will be provided.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
Eligible Refunds
Booking was cancelled within the free cancellation window.
Double payment for the same booking.
Ride not completed due to driver no-show or system error.
Booking cancelled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Cancellation beyond allowed timeframe.
Customer no-show at pickup point.
Complaints raised after 24 hours of ride completion.
Trips completed successfully.
Any changes in pickup time, location, or destination are allowed before ride begins, subject to availability.
